文化的不同，引響到了我們跟別人陳述壞消息或批評的方式。直接的方式好處是很清楚但是也容易得罪人。間接的方式當然就可能比較不會得罪人但相對的也可能會造成對方的困惑。所以今天的單元，讓我們來討論一下用什麼方式比較好，還有什麼字可以來幫助我們來表達。
