In this episode, I will introduce the content of the Diamond Sutra, and will take all of you to practice mindfulness meditation.
The Diamond Sutra (Sanskrit: Vajracchedikā Prajñāpāramitā Sūtra) is one of the most important sutras in Buddhist philosophy and is highly valued in both traditional Chinese and Japanese societies. Originally written in Sanskrit, it has been translated into many languages, including Mandarin and English.
Mindfulness meditation-The mindful self inquiry is a wonderful way to investigate any feelings you’d like to know about. Acknowledging your fears and inquiring into them in this way will open the door to deeper understanding and with it, compassion and peace. Please do this practice in a relaxing environment without distractions.
