7月19日，統一宣布收購家樂福，這家量販店龍頭，正式退出台灣市場。來自法國的家樂福，1960年起家，60多年的時光過去了，他曾經一度成為全球第二大的零售業者。
當年來到亞洲拓點，首選就是台灣，如今家樂福離開後，台灣零售業呈現三分天下的局面，究竟家樂福當年看上台灣哪一點，又因為甚麼原因，決定將股權全數賣給統一集團呢？
