我看到我的手是放慢的伸向蘋果樹上的蘋果，看起來就像是分成了一格一格的動作影格，而且我看的到摘取過程中皮膚肌肉的細微變化，我只是很放鬆，然後很專注去試著再次體驗每一格動作中手和身體的移動。
