I did take the plunge and installed Stardock's Start10 recently. Didn't realize it was Version 4.0.1. This morning I downloaded Version 5.0.1 and it's working beautifully. I've written a couple of new themes and brought in favorites from the older version.Hey guys, after Windows 10 like many of you now. The new version of start10 has some issues. I use Stardock start10. All my apps work just fine except start10 starts up about 1 second late. Then as soon as I start typing a command it tells me the app has stopped working. Even if I click on it it does the same thing. I don't know why this is. My computer is a year old. I haven't modified anything after the initial installation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.After browsing the Stardock web site for the other night, I did exactly as you told me on your writeup. i.e., downloaded and launched Start10 from Steam. The version I downloaded was 1.7, same as I was already running. BUT....it crashed within 30 seconds or so, and now I cannot find anywhere how to reinstall it. I tried installing with Steam, but it told me I already had it. I deleted Start10 using Steam, but nothing helped. There is no option that says, "Reinstall Stardock Start10." There is a "Start10 Frame," but this only has 1.7, not the older version. I don't have the main version I initially downloaded from Steam. I assume there is some other way to reinstall it. Your work is appreciated, and I feel like a baby again using these wonderful programs. Thank you!I have had start10 on my computer for a while now and it was working fine until today. I have been running on what ever version is it at. I have to keep telling my computer to update(0.1) and it usually works fine then the previous version pops up. Then it did not work at all. Then it worked great for a few hours and now it is acting stupid again. Anyone else having a problem with it?
