Google makes it easy to unlock the bootloader on your Pixel. The first step is to download the unlock tool. Make sure you are logged into the Google account on which your Pixel 3 is registered. To ensure that you are logged into the correct account, open a web browser and type in chrome://accounts on your Google Chrome browser. This should bring up the Accounts menu. Now, select the option for Sign out of this device. This will log you out and take you back to the login screen.To unlock the bootloader of your Pixel 3, follow the instructions here. After unlocking the bootloader, you'll need to flash the factory image of the Android 13 Developer Preview. Usually, this is done through a flash-all.sh or flash-all.bat script file that is included in the downloaded file, but its default configuration also wipes the device completely.
