IView is an open-source visualizer written in C++ using Qt 4 library and GLView library. IView features three special effects in virtual reality settings, namely anaglyph, parallax barrier and oculus rift. It is well suited for analyzing and presenting protein-ligand complexes for atom-by-atom interaction analysis, ligand-induced protein conformational changes, protein-drug and protein-protein complexes.
