join the legendary five nights at freddy's and get ready to beat the animatronics! during the day, you'll mostly watch the animatronics from a safe distance with the help of your trusty vr glasses. at night, there is something else to watch - and that something is a lot more freaky and frustrating than five little animatronics in a giant animatronic's body. a mysterious, and seemingly harmless, card game is secretly being played by the animatronics in the control room.you must complete the five nights in order to progress and unlock the custom night mode. when you die, you must choose either of the "titan" endings, choose the game mode in which you want to play or simply lose! you dont get a chance to see what happens during the game mode you choose to go into after dying. the ai difficulty and the health points you earn may differ if you are playing in different modes. also, if you choose to play against the ai (which is recommended), it is possible to play with bots or without a botserver (in this case, you must play alone).your main objective is to navigate the animatronics to their hidden rooms to access each of their hearts and shut off the animatronics. each night, there is a password that can be entered into the animatronics, and once youve entered it, the animatronics will open their doors and you'll be able to move on to the next night. after you've completed all the nights, you have an option to end the game with the "titan" ending (choose the game mode you wish to finish the game with) or simply lose and return home to your waiting parents (choose the game mode you wish to lose with). to assist you in your journey, the animatronics are equipped with smartphones which allow you to use them as gps units. you must navigate the animatronics to each of their rooms and shut off their hearts. you can access the animatronics' rooms by using a smartphone, however, you can only access the first animatronic's room if you are playing in the night time mode. this means you must start the game again in another mode if you encounter an animatronic that is currently sleeping. if you encounter the animatronic in bed, you can push it over, making sure the animatronic hits the wall on the other side. you must navigate the animatronics to each of their rooms. the characters' control buttons are the following: - close/open (quickly push the character's head off his torso) - left/right (these control the character's upper or lower body, respectively) - up/down (these control the character's left or right arm, respectively) as a security guard who is assigned to check the cameras every night, you have a flashlight, and unlimited ammo. in addition to that, you have access to the main door, the animatronics' rooms (which you can only reach if you are playing in the night time mode), a safe, a closet with ammunition, a camera, a '12 gauge' shotgun, a 'handgun' and a wrench, a switch that turns on the lights, and a radio which allows you to receive messages about the police officers, the fbi, the department of health and welfare, or the fire department.
