kevin, i got my subsonic player working on an android phone. it was really a piece of cake. i just copyed the jar file and put it in my "sdcard" folder (this was on a samsung android phone). then i went to the "sdcard" folder, went to the "data" folder, and then copied the "subsonic.jar" file to the "data" folder. i opened the "sdcard" folder, went to "data" folder, and then "subsonic.jar" file. it worked like a charm. hi kevin,i'm still trying to figure out how to get the subsonic server working on my k&m r1. i can get the client to load and play radio stations but i can't get the server to work.i'm guessing i need a serial but i've been searching for hours and cannot find any info on this. i did come across this link which i will try out. sorry to bother you with this, but does anyone know how i can get subsonic to work on windows x64 and my computer is a bit dated with vista x64, and i have never used subsonic before but i need it for work. ive run into a concerning issue subsonic does not seem to do well long-term. it seems to have a memory leak. over the last few days, my mbl has been getting slower and slower to respond. when i got back home last night, i sshd in, and top told me that java was eating ~400mb of memory. with 256mb ram and a 256mb swap, the math doesnt look too good it wouldnt even do a soft reboot - i had to pull the plug hmmm i dont know about the name.subsonic.org because i have my own dyndns that runs for every service, but since the hosts file is blocking subsonic.org, then i guess the server wouldnt be able to update your ip when it changes. plus, that feature might have a server license validation scheme enabled, so thatd be another factor why i guess it might not work
