The route was first suggested by John-Paul Couch in discussion with Phil Cotton. The shape of the route was improved by J.B. Timms, and is now based on the net. The line is mostly single track, but has a few relatively long double track sections. The route has a few timber signal boxes, and also has a few bridge spans and level crossings of varying size. A large number of prominent signal posts are also visible on the route.A fascinating mix of the 1930s, 1950s, 1960s, 1980s, and more, two head length J5s, two 4-wheel coaching stock, a pair of 3-wheel vans, and a last carriage green goods train. A delightful journey for experienced train engine drivers or students.This route includes a whole bunch of new railway scenery for Train Simulator. Includes new trees, road sets, signs, fences, and signals (of several varieties). New vehicle sets include a Class 47 "Penguin" Diesel-electric locomotive, a variety of lengths of railwayside crane and tipper cars, SR EMU, SR RV sets, SR GER Mk1 locomotives, SR GER Mk2 locomotives and EMU coach sets, SR GER Mk2 locomotives and coach sets, SR GER Mk2 locomotives and A40 per-scheduled coaching stock, and a number of coaches and mail vans.I have also provided some of my own add-ons for download, each download contains both the ai and player versions of the instructions and the link to the RWP installer which makes it a simple matter to install all the add-ons quickly and easily.The default behaviour of the Cross Beams remains as it was in my last release. You are able to activate the Cross Beam with the just the two keys, avoiding the use of any tools. The Cross Beam may however be operated at any level of the spares network on any simulator platform.
