Since OpenAI released its blockbuster bot ChatGPT in November 2022, users have casually experimented with the tool, even Insider reporters trying to simulate news stories or message potential dates. ‘’Software Is Eating the World, but AI Is Going to Eat Software’’ stated by Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia. AI is eating existing software not because it does things better but because it works at a completely different layer of the stack. Rather than working with information and action, AI deals in understanding and outcomes that are able to perform the same tasks as human beings.

In this episode, we invited two special guests: Dr.Shawn Wen and Dr. Kyle Pi. to join us and share their thoughts about Artificial intelligence Technology! Dr. Wen is the co-founder and CTO of PolyAI, the company that creates a human-like voice assistance system. Dr.Shawn also received best paper awards at EMNLP 2015 and SigDial 2015. Dr. Pi is the co-founder and CEO of InstAI which is a Silicon valley based startup that provides No code and Edge AI tools. Dr. Pi also co-founds Contribulet, a crowdfunding website and PM2 Kitchen and online marketplace that helps local people in San Jose sell and market their homemade food online.
