Shih Yu, our guest for today’s episode, is the director of Sin Hong Choon, a local tea museum in the Taipei Dadaocheng area. In this episode, we have the opportunity to take a peek into her life as a tea museum director — how she took on the role without any prior experience and knowledge in tea, and most of all, how she built up her love and passion for the museum through getting her hands dirty and being open to learning new things.
