About Lisa I’m Lisa from Germany and my pronouns are she/her. As a person I’m both a straight-forward, energetic powerhouse as much as a sensitive soul who enjoys holding space for people.

Yet, I’ve also been conditioned, as a lot of people have, that the expert on me lies somewhere outside, that my perception of the world or situations is wrong and that I have to go looking for validation, approval and happiness “out there”, from someone else.
Afraid to do anything wrong, I took on rule after rule, becoming more and more rigid, to the point where my life seemed like an endless chain of tasks, bleak and meaningless. A fight I had to struggle through day after day. Until I decided to get help, started my healing journey and got back in touch with my emotions, which I had suppressed for so many years.
After this mental health crisis, I decided I didn’t want any other woman to feel that powerless and empty ever again and dedicated my life to guiding women back home to themselves, body, heart, mind and soul.
Interested in social transformation, psychology, mysticism, emotional and spiritual healing, I enjoy supporting people to hear, understand and listen to their inner wisdom, which is far greater than our analytical minds can grasp.
