Mr. Tsai Loves Eating, Just Eat It!
     Mr. Tsai loves eating. One day, he walked into the restaurant, ordered soup, and the waiter brought it to him right away. As soon as the waiter walked away, Mr. Tsai yelled, “Sorry, I can’t drink this soup.” The waiter brought him another bowl of soup, but he still said, “Sorry, I can’t drink this soup.” The waiter had to call the manager. The manager nodded respectfully to Mr. Tsai and said, “Sir, this soup is the best in this shop, and it is very popular with customers. Why couldn’t you be satisfied???” “I mean, where’s the spoon?”
Well, after that, Mr. Tsai learns the recipe to make that special soup by himself.
     Mr. Tsai loves eating. He eats everything. You can name it! When you are happy, he would say, “Eat more!” When you fall in love, he would advise you, “Have a lunch or dinner together. That’s very important.” So, what is Mr. Tsai’s philosophy of life? Just eat it! Mr. Tsai would claim that when we make friends, we eat. When we celebrate anniversaries, we eat. When we deal with things, we eat. When we have our own business, we eat. Even when we are busy, Mr. Tsai would warn us, “Eat first, work later.” Still, when we are angry, Mr. Tsai would just treat us to have a big meal. You see. How great it is to just eat it instead of doing everything!
Actually, Mr. Tsai would go everywhere to find good food. He loves to spend money on food. He insists that we can have a broken heart if it’s inevitable, but we certainly cannot hurt our stomach. Then, Mr. Tsai learns to cook food. He often cooks lunch and dinner for his family members, relatives and friends. Further, Mr. Tsai enjoys eating food. He always says that the happiest thing in the world is eating. And his motto is: Eating is the most important thing in our lives. His words go on like that:
When you eat, you can talk.
When you eat, you can sleep.
When you eat, you are healthy.
When you eat, you have no worries.
When you eat, you solve the problems.
Even the students eat their homework. Why? Because the teacher says to them that the homework is a piece of cake!
     In fact, we only have two choices in our whole lives: to eat or not to eat. To eat or not to eat, that is the question. To eat, we live. Not to eat, we die. Mr. Tsai meditates all the time as far as I know. His friends feel curious and ask him, “What do you focus on during meditation?” Mr. Tsai would answer, “Can you tell me what kind of situations we won’t eat? Whenever and wherever we are, we all need to eat.” Most of the time, in his thoughts, 99% of the time, Mr. Tsai has no idea what to eat and how to eat. So, he needs to meditate on food. Sometimes, I ask him, “Mr. Tsai, what do you think right now?” “I am always thinking of eating!” See, just eat it! Back to Toastmaster of the Meeting.
