書寫感恩日記時，感謝的對象是我們有覺知到的，且通常是開心滿足的體驗。
有些不開心的體驗，其實也帶來禮物，但不容易輕鬆地感謝他們。
更多的，是在我們渾然不覺時，默默支持我們一把的善緣。
因此不妨最後心中再加上一句：感謝一切。
簡單的一句話，擴大感恩頻率。
