I came across an article that identified all the big no-nos for an in-flight passenger and I realized we, one time or the other must have violated these unwritten rules. In a way, these are in-flight etiquettes that we were never taught.

In this episode, I check these no-nos with Angel, the newly minted Purser! Congratulations on her promotion and she gives us some inside stories about what it's like in the air as a Purser.
