In this week's English Cafe, Angel and I will discuss an interesting topic: those supposedly healthy habits that may have been deceiving us for many years!!!

We all know, Angel represents healthy eating, advocating for clean foods and reduced carbohydrate consumption; while I belong to the "YOLO" (You Only Live Once) camp, enjoying food without limitations! In today's podcast, we discuss several surprising health myths, such as: What problems might arise from overly strict "clean eating"? Does drinking red wine daily really make you younger? Is "catching up on sleep" on weekends truly effective for restoring energy? With such different perspectives, can these two people ultimately reach a consensus on health?
