Welcome to our fifth episode of the (sometimes) bilingual (English/Chinese) Uncertain Pathfinders, or UP podcast. This episode is titled "Uncertain Burn" and features guest, Lydia Huang. A self-described "people person," Lydia wears many hats, all of them related to HR, talent development, and career opportunity support. With headhunter experience, Lydia currently works as a career consultant for People's Choice, the founder of the NGO "HR Room of Requirement: HRRR 人資萬應室," as well as this episode being recorded during her first week as Head of Talent Relations at Worca. An expert networker who often creates events to help support young professionals hoping to work remotely, Lydia even uses her own apartment as a DIY co-working space.
