1.Afternoon Tea–An elegant and traditional British social ritual held in the lateafternoon (around 4:00 PM). It's a posh and relaxed experience for the upper class,including finger sandwiches, desserts, and scones. Earl Grey tea is commonlyserved, often with milk.

2. Teapot–A vessel for brewing and serving tea. In the UK, teapots are oftenbeautiful, decorative porcelain pieces for an elegant experience. Taiwaneseteapots are usually very small. People use them to brew tea many times to enjoyits rich taste.

3. Bubble Tea–A popular Taiwanese beverage with tea, milk, and tapioca pearls.Natalie views it more as a dessert. Though historically cold tea was uncommon inthe UK, bubble tea has gained significant popularity, especially among youngergenerations, representing a "tea revolution".

•英式下午茶(Afternoon Tea)主要為上流階級在午餐和晚餐之間補充能量,並且被視為社交活動,人們在輕鬆氛圍中聊天。

•英式下午茶大多飲用伯爵茶(Earl Grey),且習慣加牛奶。泡茶方式較為直接,茶具通常精美且較大。相比之下,台灣茶文化更注重茶葉本身的風味,泡茶時不常加牛奶。
