請準備好一張瑜伽墊及小毛巾,請放下所有外在的紛擾,練習過程中,身體當主人,頭腦當客人,一切自在一切自然,包括你的呼吸。
練習體式:嬰兒式(Child’s Pose ),桌面式(TableTop Pose),貓牛式(Cat Cow Pose),虎式(Tiger Pose),騎馬式(Equestrian Pose),半神猴式(Half Front Splits Pose),下犬式(Downward Facing Dog Pose)。眼鏡蛇式(Cobra Pose),蝗蟲式(Locust Pose),半蜻蜓式(Half dragonfly Pose),大休息(Savasana)。
最後隨著音樂的流動,繼續大休息或者自由的靜心或冥想。
