有智慧的人 (Being a Wise Person)
有智慧的人，愛自己:
愛自己，是我們生活的一環。愛自己，並享受生活中所愛的一切事物。讓每一個決定，都為自己而做。善待自己，絕對的自信，去做自己熱愛的事，買自己喜歡的衣服和首飾，養幾盆花、幾條魚，在冰箱裡準備好水果和蔬菜，鋪好看的地毯，掛好看的窗簾，再在床頭，放一盞昏黃的小燈。去讀書，學瑜伽、旅行，去擁有美麗的外表，和豐富的內心，不畏將來，也不懼失去。愛自己的身體，愛自己的健康，珍惜自己的獨特，相信自己是最好的，永遠享受時間裡的每一刻。
      愛自己，是一種好習慣，要了解自己、接納自己、並認同自己。傾聽自己真正的內心聲音，走一條自己想走的路，讚美自己，鼓勵自己。我們的愛，會吸引很多同頻率的人，大家一起努力來過好自己。把一天當做一生，把一個星期當做一生過，愛自己是一種積極主動的生活態度。當我們願意為自己的幸福快樂負責時，我們才能真正的幸福快樂起來，也才會感受到自己的內在，充滿力量，變得更好。當我們滋養自己、愛自己，讓自己過得開心喜悅時，其他人也才能夠活出他們自己的開心與美好。讓自己分享幸福快樂，然後，再將滿滿的愛和快樂，分享給周圍的人，那麼，我們就是有智慧的人了，而且，世界也一定會更好。
      “If you can learn to love yourself and all the flaws, you can love other people so much better. And that makes you so happy”--Kristen Chenowith (an American actress and singer). Self-love is one of the best things we can do for ourselves. Actually, loving ourselves provides us with self-confidence, self-worth, and more positive. If we can learn to love ourselves, we will feel happier and learn to take better care of ourselves. When we begin to love ourselves and continue to love ourselves more and more each day, things will be a little bit better in every possible way. We need to learn how to accept not only the emotions that create love, joy, and happiness, but also the ones that cause fear, insecurity, and anger in our lives. However, we need to learn how to acknowledge and accept the pain with the love because it’s normal that we have flaws and faults. We can always choose love then. Love is something we choose, the same way we choose anger, hate, or sadness. We have the power to forgive someone who has hurt us in the past, and we can learn to finally heal from something when we can forgive.
Learning to love ourselves leads to better self-care. No one is perfect and sometimes, bad things happen. We often do too much for other people because we want to please everyone, and then we can forget to look after ourselves and then we become overwhelmed.
Today is the day we can love ourselves completely with no expectations. Making the choice right now to choose our own love is the most powerful thing in our lives.
有智慧的人，寬以待人:
      世界上最寬闊的是海洋，比海洋更寬闊的是天空，比天空更寬闊的是人的胸懷。大海因為寬容，而變得浩瀚無邊；天空因為寬容，雲彩綿綿而美麗動人；山峰因為寬容，匯集細土塵沙而巍峨聳立。有智慧的人，寬以待人，可令他人如沐春風，振奮精神。子曰：「人非聖賢，孰能無過；過而能改，善莫大焉！」寬以待人，幫助別人，總會有一份和諧融合的人際關係。我們也會犯錯，要學會換位思考，感受被批評者的內心感受，這樣，才能獲得別人的尊敬與信任。我們選擇包容別人，凡事不斤斤計較，日子就會過得開心。「得饒人處且饒人」，如果我們的寬容是真誠的，我們不但能讓別人有改過自新的機會，更能給別人留下好印象，受益的，最終也是自己。用寬宏大量的胸懷，對待他人，識大局、顧大體、忍辱負重，不計較利弊得失，寬以待人，才能把事情辦好，才會使我們的社會更和諧。在日常生活和工作中，我們應該有意識地常常關心和照顧他人，多主動考慮他人，努力做到「施恩求忘，受恩必報」。凡有施恩於他人的，不要掛在心裡。當我們得到別人的幫助時，一定要回報他們。要有「設身處地為他人著想」的想法，人與人之間，常常寬以待人，才會增進友好感情，使我們一切順利。「愛人者，人恆愛之；敬人者，人恆敬之。」和藹可親，平易近人，才是有智慧的人。
      If we want to know how others treat us, the best starting place is to look at how we treat others. Relationships function like a mirror. Here are 5 important principles for us to remember how we treat others:
1. Instead of judging people by their past, we stand by them and help them build their future. Everyone has a past. Some are a source of pride, and others are best left behind. But whatever their past, people do change and grow, so instead of judging, we need to stand by them and support them as they move toward their future.
2. We treat everyone with kindness--not because they are kindhearted, but because we are. One of the greatest gifts we can give others is kindness. If someone is in need, we should lend a helping hand. True kindness lies in the act of giving without the expectation of getting something in return.
3. We don’t meet people by accident. Every person we meet will have a role in our life. Some will help us grow, some will hurt us, and some will inspire us to do better. Paths cross for a reason, and we should treat people with significance.
4. The best teachers are those who don’t tell us how to get there but show the way. There is no better joy than helping people see a vision for themselves, seeing them go to levels higher than they ever would have imagined on their own. We offer people support and motivation as they find their own ways. All we have to do is believe in them.
5. We can’t look down upon someone unless we are helping them up. It’s easy to look down upon someone who isn’t as successful, accomplished or well-educated as we are. Nevertheless, we should treat others with dignity.
Business is complicated, life is complex, and leadership is difficult. We need to treat all people--including ourselves--with love and compassion, and then, we wouldn’t go wrong. If we treat people the way just we want to be treated, life will instantly get better.
