this is my first post on the l4d3d forums, and i am looking for some people to join my clan. i am a super nerd who played almost every game on the xbox 360 including halo 2 and call of duty. its also been a few years since i have been playing re:l4d, and i am hoping to make a new clan for the xbox one. i am very good at all three re games, and on the 360, i could beat them all on the very hard difficulty. i just started on the story mode a few days ago and i have gotten the "next chapter" on chaptors 4-3 and 5-2. i have one more chapter to go, and i probably wont beat the story mode on the very hard difficulty until next year at this rate. so if you are looking to join a clan, feel free to message me, thanks.however if you use option b) and you are like me, youll find that the asset folder doesnt open up the.cat file like it does when adding games by clicking the gear icon. instead, youll find it is just a shortcut to the launcher.exe. you can add the game by clicking the gear icon then + add game folder. make sure the game folder exists before you add the game. this also applies to some people who put the torrent files in the folder and add the game by clicking the gear icon then + add game folder and add the torrent file. it works too but i only add torrent files that i download from the internet.you may need to set your content provider if it doesnt work. in options press settings then select system and click the tabs in that window and click the content provider tab and check internet settings. also if you installed the games by a third-party launcher like overplay, you may need to make sure you add the internet settings tab to your content provider. download the internet settings file from the overplay site. you may need to set the startup page, or your computer may default to this url by default. you can find the startup page option by opening my computer and then find the file overplaylauncher.ini. it usually is somewhere in your documents folder. click settings then preferences then startup tab and make sure startup page is set to http://www.youporn.com/
