On the topic of gifts, make sure to give them as often as possible. When it's your Sim's birthday, Sims will give you a gift, if you ask them to. If you want to give them food for their birthday, make sure you give your Sim some items from any of the 3 sections, or they wont give anything. Also make sure you give out a birthday cookie for them every so often, or they will get annoyed. Being a small business owner, you can't be perfect all the time, and some things will be missed. However, we would recommend not giving the same gift every time, as Sims will sometimes get suspicious of you. So, giving the same gift to everyone does not seem like a good idea, but check out the gifts section in the mall. Again, when you first open up your business, make sure you give your Sims a gift. It doesnt have to be anything extravagant, just a little thing that will let them know your business has opened. Make sure they give a little tip or like the gift, to let the bar manager know that it was a good gift.i."Improving Jobs" is simply what it sounds like; every level adds 1 to your party scores, making it easier to get initiatives passed and receive approval for your ordinances. You can also award a Sim this daily. "Political Juggle" improves your Sim's ability to handle any situation. "Political Storm" helps you handle any crisis (both good and bad). You can throw a temper tantrum once a day, which will award the 'presidential tantrum' moodlet. Moodlets can be cured with a chat, but you won't get the moodlet again until you throw a proper tantrum. An 'F' moodlet can be removed entirely by visiting the doctor and knocking yourself out for a while.
