The Program will be provided by a specific vendor. Once you buy a program from this vendor, there will be no refund, and the vendor will provide support.For all radios shipped from an authorized source, the appropriate activation fee for the program must be paid prior to the approval and issuance of the activation key for the program. Activation keys are provided by the vendor and must be used to install the software.
